Your Mentor, Dana Calhoun (me), brings over three decades of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of businesses and leaders, gaining deep insight into what works… and what doesn’t.
One thing I’ve learned is this: no two people are the same. We all think differently. Our brains are shaped by our experiences, our environments, and the paths we’ve taken. And while every business owner believes their business is unique ~ and in many ways, it is ~ the challenges they face are often strikingly similar.
Most people don’t call a consultant when things are going well; they call when things are breaking down.
A consultant isn’t necessarily someone with more years under their belt. It’s someone with expertise, perspective, and the ability to step in with fresh eyes, someone who can see the chaos clearly and help bring structure, direction, and solutions.
Traditional consulting is powerful, but it’s also limited. It’s often a one-on-one, short-term engagement, which means only a handful of people can be helped at a time.
The Mentor Project was created to change that.
It was built from a desire to share real-world wisdom, proven strategies, and lived experience with as many people as possible ~ not just owners, but the managers, leaders, and future operators who need it just as much.
